General Terms and Conditions of the PureQR Service
1. Introductory Provisions
These terms govern the relationship between the operator of the PureQR application (Jakub Schmidt, ID: 11643897, with registered office at Tovární 1112, Chrudim, Czech Republic) and the user (customer). The service enables static and dynamic QR code generation (URL, vCard, payments) as one-time operations or as part of a monthly subscription.
2. User Account and Subscription
Registration (by email or through third-party services) is required for some features. The user is responsible for the security of their password. Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed until the user cancels in their profile. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
3. Payment Terms and Service Delivery
- Current prices for one-time bulk generation and subscriptions, including applicable free tier limits and batch size limits, are published on the Pricing page at pureqr.eu/pricing. The operator reserves the right to change prices and service limits at any time. Price or limit changes will be announced on the website at least 14 days in advance; changes apply to new orders or the next billing cycle after the announcement.
- Payments are processed exclusively through the Stripe payment gateway.
- For one-time payments, the service (digital content) is delivered immediately after payment is received by displaying a download link and sending it to the customer's email. The link is valid for 24 hours.
4. Withdrawal from Contract (Refunds)
- Due to the nature of the service (immediate delivery of digital content), the customer expressly agrees that the service will begin immediately after payment.
- By this consent, the customer (including consumers) waives the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period and is not entitled to a refund for already generated one-time code batches.
- For monthly subscriptions, the already paid billing period is non-refundable, but the customer has the right to cancel the subscription for subsequent months at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
The operator is not responsible for the content that generated QR codes (including Dynamic QR links) redirect to. The user bears full responsibility for ensuring that input data (e.g., target URLs, SPAYD payment details) are correct and do not violate laws. The operator does not guarantee 100% service availability and is not liable for damages caused by potential generator outages or dynamic link downtime.
